Verified data
Every visit record is built on GPS and biometric check-ins. Not self-reported timesheets, not estimates. When CareCade says a visit happened, it happened.
HIPAA-compliant architecture
Care data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-scoped per tenant, and every access is logged. Families see their loved one. Providers see their clients. No one sees more.
Transparent sourcing
Our directory and market data come from public records — fiscal.wa.gov, DSHS provider lists, and the state's own audits — cited on every page they appear.
In-house AI
Our AI runs inside our own HIPAA-eligible AWS environment — Claude models via AWS Bedrock under our AWS agreement, and self-hosted speech recognition on our own servers. Client data is never sent to outside AI providers, never used to train models, and every AI draft carries a human review and signature trail.
