Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Absolutely. You can switch between Grow and Scale anytime through your billing portal. No long-term contracts.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment processor.
Is my data secure and HIPAA compliant?
Yes. CareCade is fully HIPAA compliant with end-to-end encryption, secure data centers, and comprehensive audit logging.
What happens after my trial ends?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't subscribe, your account remains accessible but some features may be limited until you select a plan.
What are the optional add-ons?
DAT Export lets you generate Medicaid billing files. Each plan includes monthly bulk billing credits (Grow: $25/mo, Scale: $50/mo). Additional exports billed at $0.15/row. Face Verification adds biometric clock-in/out to prevent buddy punching. Both are completely optional and can be added anytime.
How is Face Verification priced?
Face Verification is tiered by staff count: Starter $29/mo (up to 25 staff), Professional $59/mo (up to 100 staff), and Enterprise $99/mo (unlimited staff). It uses facial recognition at appointment start and end, works offline with cloud fallback, and can be added to any plan.
